Black Velvet Powder Christmas for kids or anywhere in betweenThe Pentart 17g Black Velvet Powder is a smooth powder that sticks easily onto wet paints and pastes. The finished effect creates a velvety, soft surface. We recommend using it with repositionable hobby glue or a double sided adhesive tape. Pentart powders work well with mixed media projects, including decoupage, scrapbooking, and cardmaking. You can pair it with other paints, glues, crackles, or metallic effects for a unique look.
