Normally the semaphore arm is upright with the lens at the bottom of the arm illuminated green, when it is activated, the arm drops down and the light turns red. This is a reissue of the Lionel 151 semaphore but the base is painted green instead of black. It is 9 inches tall. Condition: Factory New (C 9) Operational Status: Functional Original Box: Yes (P 9)
