I would opt for allowing for another 5-ish years of cellaring as this will allow for a bit more resolution of the supporting structure but not so much that the finish begins drying out

all wrapped in a youthfully austere and dramatically long finish

This is presently structured but it feels like this will come around relatively quickly

Jean Claude Bachelet, Chassagne Montrachet Encegnieres Vintage:2019 A product of the philosophyA slightly riper nose blends notes of exotic fruit, dried peach and apricot as well as a hint of spiced tea. The round and exceptionally rich medium weight flavors also brim with sappy dry extract on the tangy, bright and lingering finale. This isnt a wine of finesse, but I like the bold delivery.
