There are aspects of petrichor and a redcurrant cranberry lift. Good textual volume in the mouth with bright acids that interplay well with the fine tannins. Again, damson plum, macerated blackberries and quince. I like the chewy savoury meatiness, bresaola, that gives some verve and vibrancy to this wine. There is excellent structure and
