The manual harvest is followed by crushing and destemming and maceration at a controlled temperature for 15 18 days. The refinement takes place in 10 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 3 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet is broad and persistent, with elegant notes of rose and red fruits.
